Hi, my name is Simone and I wanted to kindly ask for some ideas for the restructuring of my future home, as I designed the floor plan attached, the property is located on the first floor and currently has a 'entrance to the whole building and its own entrance on the inside.
My first idea is to build a separate entrance from the second terrace, using the same for Any additional rooms, since it is very rarely used as a balcony (also because there is the second).
My main demand, however, is to kindly advise the arrangement of the areas as best as possible so as to make up so much space, since it is currently not well placed inside, in fact the two rooms are a very distant other and there is only one bathroom, and I'd like to have a sleeping area and a day, even if it involves substantial restructuring.
Also, if you wanted to ask you, given your great skill and ability to furnish, give me some advice on it, in a modern type IKEA (for which I go crazy), but at the same time warm and relaxing, making the course more than the current space added to the balcony to be used as bedrooms or whatever you advise me.
count on your valuable advice to guide them all the best in
Sincerely, I await answers
Simone C.
Gentile Mr. Simon ,
first of all thank you for your availability in the request and provide a drawing in DWG format, which facilitates our Architects. We would like to stress again, however, indicate the need for a minimum of environmental parameters, which in his case we have assumed. We refer particularly housing orientation axis heliothermic as his special request to assess the conversion of a terrace in a residential space is highly constrained by the effects of their own solar cycle. Therefore we have assumed that both the existing terraces look towards the south, ie south-west terrace that she would turn and the other south-east. It is in this that we propose the creation of a new bedroom, two basic reasons, first: the profile of a bioclimatic approach to the project will be more comfortable especially in the summer the south-east The second: this allows to use the current input without external changes to the prospectus. The bedroom will be defined on two sides by a perimeter of glass panels and sliding double glazed low-emission on one side of two walls that separate wardrobe equipped to use the chamber by a small private bathroom, equipped with a self-loggia. The arrangement of furniture takes into account their preferences towards the IKEA brand and is developed according to a simple logic, but based on chromatic relationships who want to give space and liveliness of the house. In this sense, we thought it useful to delete the partition wall between the existing kitchen and living room, just to get a character
solar dynamic domestic and at the same time. A final point concerns the pavement surfaces that are substantially divided into two blocks each corresponding to a function and a material: a neutral porcelain tile flooring for the living room and terrace, and a sustainable wood-effect floor for the night.
