Saturday, September 18 from 10am (precise) at the Farm and Poppies Ducks of Santa Maria di Sala (Venezia).
It begins in the early afternoon with the first working of the dough. After about an hour followed by secondary processing and, pending the completion of fermentation, the preparation of the oven.
The workshop is designed both for those who already know how to make bread for those who have never put my hands in the pie. Children are welcome and are expected to work and play spaces for them.
The bread will be ready around 16 and there will be a loaf to take home for each participant. Shared a snack and dinner (everyone brings something, including bread), to bring dishes, cutlery and glasses and everything is considered necessary for their equipment.
